Umpungeng Ecotourism Village is a mountainous region which lies in the northside of the city of Watan Soppeng District which is part of the South Sulawesi Province. The village is located between two Mountings of Laposo and Neneconang.  Here you will find the most amazing sights & various natural resources.

Several rivers flow within the swift with a very clear water between the mountains and hills. The presence of palm trees and fern trees that lined the slopes of the hills reinforces the tropical feel of a village that was known to be upholding the sacred traditions of culture and heritage of our ancestors. A fortress of large stones neatly arranged in a circle right in the middle of the village reflects the character and principles of the firm from its inhabitants. The warmth and hospitality of the people just like a family creates an atmosphere of intimacy amidst the cool nature which is ready to welcome every visitor who will come to this village.
